  • I have allergens, how do I notify you?
    MunchBox are currently only offering 2 options. Vegetarian and non vegetarian warm packed lunches. We aim to offer allergen-free meals as we grow larger. Please contact us at salmongia@gmail.com to notify us on your child's allergy. We will get in touch once we can safely cater for allergens.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    There are 2 options: 1) You can cancel your monthly subscription within 3 days of first purchasing our services. This is not available to repeat customers. If you wish to cancel your service post this, we require 2 weeks notification to salmongia@gmail.com 2) If your child is sick that day, and you wish to have your childs lunch still, you are welcome to contact us at salmongia@gmail.com by 8:30am at the latest. You can then collect your lunchbox from our GX kitchen by 11am.
  • Can you deliver school-packed lunches home?
    We can deliver to the school address. If you want to add more lunches for holidays or parties e.t.c contact us salmongia@gmail.com
  • Who prepares the lunches and where?
    Our school lunches are prepared in a fully equipped local kitchen by our excellent Head Chef who has over 35 years of experience in the catering industry. Once the meals are prepared, they are portioned into individually labelled insulated containers and transported to school just before lunchtime so they remain warm and placed on the classroom trolleys. We have a collection service that turns them around, so they are ready for the next lunchtime.
  • What lunch boxes do you use?
    We use 2 compartment-insulated lunchboxes that are dishwasher safe and leakproof with no BPA’s.
  • How do I get to see the food that is being served to my child?
    We aim to demonstrate complete transparency and show photos of the ingredients, meals and how they are prepared in the kitchen. We are planning to make this live via a social media feed as well as giving you some great nutritional feedback alongside it
